Start in the downward dog position. Turn your fingers in so they face each other. Bend your elbows out to the sides, and bring the top of your head down to touch the mat. Perform 15 reps, slowly! (You get bonus ROCKSTAR points if your head touches the mat on EVERY rep!)
Want Emmy Rossum’s Waist? Do the Towel Twist!
Start out seated, holding a towel between your hands. With your chest lifted, hold your arms out in front of you, pulling on the towel between your hands as hard as possible. Lean back 45 degrees with a flat back and hold that position. As you raise your arms overhead, twist to the right, without shifting your hips. Lower your arms back to center as you bring your torso back to face the front, still maintaining a 45 degree angle in your upper body. Repeat on your left side and continue for 10 reps.

Start on the ground in a bridge and extend your right leg toward the ceiling. Keeping your left hip lifted, lower the right leg straight down to the front and swing it out to the right. Reverse the motion to return to the starting position. Perform 10 reps, slowly. Now switch to the other leg!
Get Anna Kaiser’s Core with the Pulsating Plank!
Start in the plank position. Now, pull your right knee into your chest. Pulse your right knee toward your chest 10 times. Then, turn the right leg out, and pulse your knee toward your right elbow 10 times. Finish off by alternating pulses between chest and elbow 10 times. Switch sides and repeat. Be warned though, this exercise is crazy tough!
